Have you heard of forest bathing?

Forest bathing is observing the nature around you while breathing deeply. A way to relax the mind and sooth the soul spending time in natural settings.

Its so easy to get distracted with the advancement of modern day technology. You are surrounded by by a divine organization of organic matter that is just alive and breathing as you. Literally at your fingertips.

If this resonates with you seek out your areas National parks for tons of trails and wildlife areas to visit .



If you want this and you feel anxious about being alone in the woods there are most likely groups in your area that hike, have movement classes and forest bathe.
