So today I’m sharing a good starter recipe for green juice .
This is super alkaline and delish! If you don’t like the bitter veggies omit the spinach or kale .
Choose organic when possible and make sure to wash all your veggies and
Also I use a mastication juicer but you can also use a blender. You just need to strain the pulp with a cheesecloth
1 bunch of celery
1/2 bunch of spinach
1/4 bunch of kale
1 lemon (remove the rind and de-seed)
4 small green apples (remove core and stem )
Enjoy! As you can see it makes a few cups of beautiful green juice .
As for the left over pulp compost it !
